Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Delray Beach auto dealer processing center seeks articulate and service-driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative for their Auto Dealer Service division. This is a job that will require you to be on the phone with centers in the U.S. and Guatemala for follow-up, corrections, updates and to ensure clients are getting the service they deserve.
