We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at EcoFusion Pest Control, a leading pest control company. This position combines the responsibilities of an Office Administrator and a Customer Service Representative. As an Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, managing scheduling of services, and handling various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling services, and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized filing system and database of customer records to ensure efficient retrieval and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments for service technicians, coordinating with customers to find suitable time slots.
- Collaborate with the service team to optimize scheduling and routing of appointments for maximum efficiency.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle general office support duties, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Assist in generating sales leads and following up with potential customers to promote our pest control services.
- Learn and use various software tools and systems to facilitate customer service and administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous office work experience, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM EDT, with some weekend availability as required.
- Must have access to an iOS device for work-related tasks.
