Advantage Resourcing is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work in Gainesville, GA. We have a temp-to-hire opportunity with our partner company. Together let's work closely to care for our community.

Shift Details

  • Pay: $17 per hour
  • Monday 8 AM - 5 PM | Tuesday 8 AM - AM | Wednesday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM | Friday 8 AM - 12 PM

    • Requirements | Customer service experience (including WIC experience) and oral and written fluency in English and Spanish

    Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsibilities include communicating with the public, internal customers, and external customers, providing information and services targeted to meet customer needs, researching governing policies or laws to help resolve any issues with customers, making appointments, printing WIC vouchers, overseeing reports to create and maintain caseloads, and maintaining office supply inventory.
