Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking to add a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to their team in Markham on a 1-year contract basis.

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Handling incoming phone and email requests from customers/sales representatives to ensure that requests for orders have been resolved promptly and thoroughly
  • Handle all order and call management, including account verification, processing sales requests/orders, tracking orders, issue management, and first call resolution
  • Maintenance of various email inboxes to ensure orders and requests are actioned promptly
  • Provide support to new and existing customers using the online ordering portal
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and present them to the leadership team
