The Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat. The role requires experience in customer service or BPO environments and hands-on use of ticketing systems to manage and resolve cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Create, update, and resolve tickets using support platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate cases when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow internal processes and meet service quality standards.

Qualifications
