Bilingual Customer Support Representative for a final client in the Food & Beverage Industry opportunity in Mexico City:


Role Overview

The Call Center Customer Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through inbound and/or outbound interactions. This role focuses on resolving customer concerns efficiently, providing accurate information, and creating a positive experience during every call. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.


Key Details:

  • Permanent employment
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office (Polanco) and 2 days working from home
  • U.S. holidays

What are we looking for?

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Ideal experience in Food & Beverage Industry
  • Desirable Salesforce CRM
