Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Assist with social media engagement and respond to comments when needed.
  • Participate in customer engagement surveys and feedback initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and processes.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
