**Join Our Team as a Customer Support - Patient Care Coordinator!**
Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our Medical Scheduling Campaign as a Customer Support - Patient Care Coordinator!
**Interview Dates**: Interviews begin **Thursday, May 12 at 9:00 AM** and end **Tuesday, May 20**, at 10:00 AM.
**Training Start Date**: Wednesday, May 28, at 8:00 AM.
Location: Onsite at our Zona Rio location inside the DoIt Business Center (Colonia Zona Rio Urbana, Tijuana). Address: José Clemente Orozco 10093.
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:55 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Advanced English skills (speak, read, write, and communicate).
- Ability to pass in-house exams and employment background check.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Previous experience in medical/dental appointment scheduling or customer support is a huge plus!
