The shift
You would work from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. This position is on-site.
What you will do:
- You will be providing customer service to users of a food delivery platform
- Answering general questions regarding the service
- Helping out with delivery updates
- Solving problems for users of the platform
We're looking for individuals that are:
- Professional, organized, team-oriented work habits
- Responsive to inquiries with a pleasant, friendly demeanor
- Minimum 1 year experience in technology service or support role in a technical sales and service environment
- Good work ethic, on time, and positive personality
- Able to adapt, improve, retain knowledge, and follow instructions
- Organized, meticulous, and consistent, review your own work before delivery
**Salary**: $4,000.00 per week
