Bilingual Customer Service Representative


Introduction

Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Concord, Ontario office. This is a fully in-office role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting and values long-term stability. Fluency in French and English is required.


What You’ll Do

You will handle full-cycle sales order entry and serve as a critical link between internal teams and clients in the food and grocery sector. Your attention to detail and responsiveness will help ensure accurate order processing and effective communication across departments.
