Job Description

Position: Bilingual Service Desk Employee

Work Location: Mississauga office (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

Shift Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts


French Mandatory


Required Skills

  • Bilingual: English & French (Canadian)
  • Experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in:
  • Windows OS
  • VPN
  • Outlook
  • MFA
  • Desktop hardware
  • Basic network issues
  • Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy , or similar
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational environment
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to follow SOPs and escalate issues when necessary
  • Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment
