Job Description
Position: Bilingual Service Desk Employee
Work Location: Mississauga office (minimum 3 days per week onsite)
Shift Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts
French Mandatory
Required Skills
- Bilingual: English & French (Canadian)
- Experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk support
- Strong troubleshooting skills in:
- Windows OS
- VPN
- Outlook
- MFA
- Desktop hardware
- Basic network issues
- Experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy , or similar
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational environment
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and escalate issues when necessary
- Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment
