Centris is a contact center based in the US with operations in Monterrey, Queretaro and Aguascalientes.
We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** in Monterrey, NL.
Job responsibilities:
Work directly with doctors and patients of a clinic in the US to provide them information in response to inquires about billing issues.
Job skills and qualifications:
Required
- Customer service experience (1 year minimum)
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Computer skills
- High attention to detail.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $21,123.48 per month
