We’relooking for aBilingual Desktop Engineerto ensurethetimelyresolution and management of incidents, requests, and requirements received through the IT Service Desk. This rolewillprovidefirst and second-levelsupport with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the Technology Servicesframework.

Who You Are:

  • A Task Manager: Handle massive tasks like expansions, relocations, and disassemblies, ensuring timely execution according to company schedules.
  • A Communication Hub: Serve as the main IT point of contact for incidents and requests through established channels liketheService Desk, corporate email, and corporate mobilecalls.
  • A Technical Support Expert: Configure and provide technical support for hardware and software, meeting SLA standards with quality andefficiency.
