Job Description
  • Answer phone calls with accurate interpretation from English to Spanish and vice versa, facilitating communication between two parties while maintaining the company's quality standards and customer service.



  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (work from home) and ensure you have all the necessary tools to perform your duties.



  • Interpreters must adhere to their schedule and cannot log in at different times than those indicated in their work schedule. They should also have proper attendance.



  • Report any issues that prevent you from taking calls to the operations team.



  • Comply with the company's policies.




  • Minimum Required Qualifications

    Customer service ( desirable)


    Consecutive interpretation (desirable)


    Proficiency in English in a professional setting (desirable)


    Previous experience in a Call Center (desirable)


    Customer service skills (desirable)
