Job Description
Answer phone calls with accurate interpretation from English to Spanish and vice versa, facilitating communication between two parties while maintaining the company's quality standards and customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area (work from home) and ensure you have all the necessary tools to perform your duties.
Interpreters must adhere to their schedule and cannot log in at different times than those indicated in their work schedule. They should also have proper attendance.
Report any issues that prevent you from taking calls to the operations team.
Comply with the company's policies.
Minimum Required Qualifications
