Mercor is seeking bilingual English–Spanish language experts to contribute to a translation review project with a top-tier AI research organization. Experts will evaluate AI-generated Spanish content, ensuring it reflects
fluent, natural phrasing as commonly used across Latin America
. This opportunity supports the development of culturally accurate AI systems. The engagement is project-based and remote.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated Spanish translations for fluency and accuracy
• Identify unnatural or awkward phrasing and provide more idiomatic alternatives
• Ensure language reflects contemporary usage and norms in Latin America
• Spot and correct mistranslations, ambiguity, or tone issues
• Provide structured feedback on linguistic quality and localization
