Hours are M-F 8am-5pm
Pay ranges from $55,000 - 60,000
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Staffing
- Welcoming candidates and escorting them to interviews
- Assisting with preparing job offers, including background and drug test process
- Coordinating and facilitating new hire orientation
- Validating new hire I-9 information
- Assigning peer coaches for new employees
- Assisting with changes in staffing needs
- Review, submit, and approve time for Payroll
- Assist with employee benefit administration
- Training & Development
