- Completed university degree.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers (desirable).
- Experience in market research, collecting information both by phone and in person.
- Advanced English (conversational). An English interview will be conducted.

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
