is expanding, and we're looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our remote team. We are looking for someone with
excellent English skills
and strong experience handling client communications.

What we're looking for:

Advanced English level
(verbal & written – required)

Experience in
customer service or client-facing roles

Prior experience working
virtually with U.S. law offices
is a strong plus

Experience in
Personal Injury intake
is highly preferred

Comfortable handling calls, gathering information, and speaking with clients professionally

Experience gathering medical records and bills is also preferred

Organized, reliable, and able to work remotely

No law degree required. Legal studies are not necessary for this role.
