Bilingual Interpreter

DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking a professional and experienced Bilingual Medical Interpreter to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Bilingual Medical Interpreter will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers in medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide verbal interpretation services to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Accurately and effectively interpret medical conversations, including patient history, diagnosis, treatment options, and instructions
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
• Stay up to date on medical terminology and procedures

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different dialects and accents
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Highly professional and empathetic demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Requisitos de equipo para la vacante:
• Computadora: Procesador Intel Core i5 (8va gen o superior) o Ryzen 5 (serie 3000+), mínimo 4 núcleos/8 hilos, 8–16 GB RAM, y SSD de 256 GB o más.
• Conectividad: Uso obligatorio de cable Ethernet. No se permite VPN y el trabajo debe realizarse únicamente desde la ubicación aprobada.
• Audio: Audífonos con cable y micrófono tipo boom, unidireccional y con cancelación de ruido. No se permiten dispositivos inalámbricos, earbuds ni altavoz.
• Cámara: Resolución 1080p, 30–60 fps y autofocus (integrada o externa equivalente, como Logitech C920).
• Restricciones: Está prohibido almacenar información de la empresa, realizar grabaciones, capturas de pantalla o usar funciones de traducción integradas.
