What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to internal users in
  English and Spanish
  .
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and access to internal platforms and systems.
• Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and access-related problems.
• Configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and basic network connections.
• Provide
  remote IT support
  to U.S.-based users (screen sharing, connectivity checks, access troubleshooting).
• Document and track incidents using the company's ticketing/support system.
