Position Details
Role: Bilingual IT Support Technician (English / Spanish)
Location: Mexico /remote
What You'll Do
Provide technical support to internal users in English and Spanish.
Manage user accounts, email setup, and access to internal platforms and systems.
Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and access-related problems.
Configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and basic network connections.
Provide remote IT support to U.S.-based users (screen sharing, connectivity checks, access troubleshooting).
Document and track incidents using the company's ticketing/support system.
Support IT operations including onboarding, system activations, and hardware logistics.
