Manage user accounts, email setup, and access to internal platforms and systems. Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and access-related problems. Configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and basic network connections. Provide remote IT support to U.S.-based users (screen sharing, connectivity checks, access troubleshooting). Document and track incidents using the company’s ticketing/support system.
