Job Description
- Proven experience (min. 5+ years) in a managerial role within a manpower, staffing, or recruitment industry. Experience in or understanding of a cooperative model is a significant plus.
- Must have a strong background in both recruitment lifecycle management and daily business operations.
- Full professional fluency in Filipino, English and Mandarin/Cantonese is non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a highly valued asset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage a team.
- In‑depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and cooperative or agency regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
