Bilingual Nurse

About the role

We partner with U.S. outpatient clinics serving a mostly Hispanic patient base. We're seeking a
bilingual nurse
living in Mexico or LATAM for a
remote, non-clinical contractor role
supporting patient communication and care coordination.

This is
not
bedside nursing. No diagnosis. No prescribing.

What you'll do

• Call patients with test results and follow-up instructions (mostly Spanish)
• Coordinate appointments and next steps with providers
• Manage patient messages and clinical documentation
• Support daily clinic operations using Elation and CollaborateMD
• Serve as a calm, professional point of contact for patients

Requirements

• Nursing background (RN, LVN, LPN, or equivalent)
• Native or near-native Spanish
• Fluent English (providers, documentation, systems)
• Outpatient / ambulatory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and empathy

Compensation

• Independent contractor
• Paid monthly in USD
• USD 1,200–1,500/month
