Requirements
Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor, preferably in a Call Center environment.
Experience with Social Media preferred for an integrated approach to customer service.
Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators, with the ability to analyze and optimize results.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
Advanced or fluent English.
