Key Requirements
Advanced English (mandatory) for corporate communication and handling international information.
Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills.
Certified Public Accountant with valid professional license.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience Leading Payroll Processes.
Proven experience managing payroll for more than 3,000 employees.
Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll adjustments, social benefits, and social security.
Experience Handling Requirements From DIAN And UGPP.
Up-to-date knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations.
