Key Requirements

• Advanced English (mandatory) for corporate communication and handling international information.
• Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills.
• Certified Public Accountant with valid professional license.
• Minimum 3 Years Of Experience Leading Payroll Processes.
• Proven experience managing payroll for more than 3,000 employees.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll adjustments, social benefits, and social security.
• Experience handling requirements from DIAN and UGPP.
• Up-to-date knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations.
