Bilingual Project Manager Intermediate (ENG/FR)

Your job

• Ensure the management and implementation of cross-functional Telecom projects by creating a climate of collaboration and facilitating delivery for technical teams
• Prepare and lead PI related activities (facilitate PI planning, refinements and cutting workshops, scrums, demos and retros)
• Develop a tangible and pragmatic vision of milestones to coordinate dates with affected teams
• Analyze problematic situations, actively intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems, ensuring the implementation of effective solutions
• Ensure that targets are expected to meet on time
• Adapt a solution-oriented approach and promote continuous communication with all stakeholders, internal and external
• Produce reports to track project progress and provide updates on progress, tailoring communication to the audience
