BILINGUAL PROPOSAL WRITER

The Bid Management team is comprised of dedicated proposal management professionals that share a common vision: be the 'go-to' team trusted to lead all RFPs for Rogers Business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Bid Management, the successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and other SMEs across the company to create compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals that best demonstrates how Rogers delivers innovative solutions that drive business outcomes for our customers.

What you will do:

• Manage the RFP response process for simple, standard, and complex opportunities according to established corporate policies, deal governance, and internal best practices
• Participate in opportunity qualification, bid/no bid decision-making, risk identification/mitigation, and other deal review & approval forums
