The lobby host is responsible for the delivery of the Client Customer Experience to all Client visitors, the role is energetic and must transmit passion for technology ensuring
exceptional customer interaction, leaving guests with a positive, professional, and lasting impression.
**What this job involves**:
Create a positive first impression as you greet clients, guests, and visiting employees.
Track all visitors, including vendors, visiting employees and guests.
Manage parking, vehicle, building access cards and keys.
Manage and coordinate the laundry, landscape, trash removal & shredding services.
Assist with tracking employee on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
Manage incoming courier and other packages or mail as required.
Support the annual management plan by accomplishing key performance indicators as identified by management.
