Requirements:

  • Technical, technological, undergraduate, or professional studies in Human Resources or related fields. (Psychology, Business Administration, etc)
  • Assertive communication
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Experience managing referral programs.
  • 2 years of experience in bpo industry as a Recruiter

Work Modality:

  • Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote (rotating).
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
