Position Overview

Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)
to join our
100% remote team in Latin America
. This role is responsible for managing the
full-cycle recruitment process
—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding interpreters across multiple languages. Success in this role requires a strong ability to meet
daily and weekly recruitment targets
