**Sales Representative**
**FREELANCER! Remote position!**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Proactively reach out to potential clients, initiate conversations, and create interest in the company's solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase how the company's products and services meet client needs.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive engagement and loyalty.
- **Pipeline Management**: Track all activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM to ensure a seamless sales process.
- **Market Insights**: Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve offerings and better align with customer needs.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in sales, with experience in technology, SaaS, utilities, or a related field being highly advantageous.
- **Relationship Building Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people and influence decision-making.
- **Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented**: Able to work independently in a remote setup while hitting sales targets consistently.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and video conferencing platforms for presentations and sales tracking.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience selling to U.S.based clients or working in international sales.
- Familiarity with the utilities sector or SaaS products is a plus.
- Ability to work U.S. time zones is preferred.
**Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate plus commission, based on experience and performance.
**Schedule**: Flexible, but must have availability to work U.S. business hours.
