Bilingual Spanish SDR – Cold Calling Insurance Agencies

We're hiring a
driven, bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help us grow Agent Lead Engine.

This is a
remote role
for someone who is confident on the phone, fluent in English and Spanish, and wants real upside and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Cold call independent insurance agencies daily
• Speak confidently with business owners in
  English and Spanish
• Qualify prospects and book qualified appointments
• Focus on quality conversations, not just call volume
• Improve scripts, messaging, and results over time
• Take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for direction
