Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Operator to support a high-volume orthopedic practice. This role is responsible for managing a large volume of inbound and outbound patient calls, scheduling office visits and orthopedic procedures, and providing an exceptional patient experience in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls in English and Spanish
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments for:
  • Office visits
  • Imaging
  • Injections
  • Surgical procedures
• Accurately collect and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and referral information
• Coordinate schedules across multiple providers and clinic locations, as needed
• Educate patients on appointment details, preparation instructions, and next steps in care
