Job Description
A full-time Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist is needed to support elementary students in Phoenix, AZ, for a leave contract from January 5, 2026, to May 27, 2026. This role requires providing both direct and indirect speech and language services within an elementary school setting, focusing on bilingual students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology assessments and interventions to elementary students.
- Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate therapy to bilingual children.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings as needed during contracted hours.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure and certification (SLP-CCC preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency is required.
- Experience working in school settings with elementary-aged students.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Details:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Contract duration: January 5, 2026 May 27, 2026.
- Leave coverage with guaranteed hours.
- No additional school duties outside contracted hours (e.g., bus duty, parent pickup).
- Travel therapists are eligible for stipends.
