Team Leader, Operations – PER Lima (On-Site)
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader, Operations to oversee daily performance of a call center team. This role is responsible for achieving KPIs through coaching, motivation, and effective supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of call center associates.
- Monitor performance and implement improvement plans when needed.
- Ensure service quality meets contractual KPIs.
- Conduct team meetings and communicate updates effectively.
- Handle escalations and provide subject matter guidance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months–1 year of Team Leader experience in the BPO/Call Center industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Advanced English level
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
