Team Leader, Operations – PER Lima (On-Site)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader, Operations to oversee daily performance of a call center team. This role is responsible for achieving KPIs through coaching, motivation, and effective supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of call center associates.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvement plans when needed.
  • Ensure service quality meets contractual KPIs.
  • Conduct team meetings and communicate updates effectively.
  • Handle escalations and provide subject matter guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months–1 year of Team Leader experience in the BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Advanced English level
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • On-site role – PER Lima, Avenida El Camino Real N195, Calle Santa Luisa.
