Main Activities!
Recruitment - 85% Manage the end-to-end recruitment for our high-volume administrative hires, including: Partner with leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting tactics to hit headcount goals for our administrative and high-volume role portfolio Identify and implement strategic sourcing plans by creatively conducting research and utilizing a multitude of resources. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
