• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax guidance and reviewing personal tax returns submitted by customers, performing full-service return preparation, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and the team’s expertise to research and provide the correct answer to the customer in terms they will understand.
