Bilingual agents for tech support, customer service and upsales for an antivirus service in USA~

**Requirements**:
- English level B2/C1
- Customer Service experience
- Tech knowledge
- Upselling experience
- Full availability
**Training**: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, fully paid!!!
**Operations**: 11am to 8pm with two days off a week
**Work 100% on Site, in DOWNTOWN, MONTERREY N.L.**

Sueldo: $14,999.00 - $15,000.00 al mes
