Fluent English (written and spoken) is required for this position.

We're looking for Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will be working with a leading e-commerce brand who sells consumer and home electronics (IoT, smart home devices)

This is an 
in-office
 position.

As a Tech Support Specialist you will troubleshoot customers issues and solve them.

You will mainly handle complex technical escalations via Zendesk
