Provide technical support to internal users in English and Spanish.
Configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and basic network connections.
Provide remote IT support to U.Support IT operations including onboarding, system activations, and hardware logistics.
2– 4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
~ Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, with basic networking understanding.
~ Valid driver's license and availability to travel as needed.
Bilingual: English & Spanish (intermediate to advanced).
