Provide technical support to internal users in English and Spanish .
Configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and basic network connections.
Provide remote IT support to U.Support IT operations including onboarding, system activations, and hardware logistics.
&##2– 4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
~ Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS , with basic networking understanding.
~ Valid driver's license and availability to travel as needed.
&##Bilingual: English & Spanish (intermediate to advanced).
