**As a Bilingual **Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible of**:
- Local IT Support (Service Delivery).
- Provide technical support to the associates locally and/or remotely.
- Setup PCs, Printers and other IT equipment as required.
- Support OS and SW installation and troubleshooting.
- Support technology infrastructure as needed.
**Requirements for this opportunity**:
- English Full Professional Proficiency
- Bachelors or associates IT degree preferred
- At least 5 years with experience in Technology Local Support.
- Preferably certified for Cisco, Microsoft, and/or VMware Products.
