- Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to understand video content and target audience
- Analyze performance metrics to improve click-through rates
- Stay updated with the latest trends in YouTube thumbnails and graphic design
- Ensure all thumbnails are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
- **Required Skills**:_
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken, listening)
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging YouTube thumbnails
Salary range $ 1.000- 1200 USD / month
