We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Associate – Travel to join a vibrant and growing team that specializes in high-quality leisure travel support. In this full-time, remote role, you'll be a key player in supporting clients throughout their travel journey — with professionalism, care, and confidence.
What We Offer
Salary: $22/hour + access to a recognition and rewards program (monetary & non-monetary)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotating monthly shifts
Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 7 PM EST
Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Location: 100% remote (anywhere in Canada)
Employment Type: Full-time contract, with the possibility of permanency after probation
