This BILINGUAL/UNILINGUAL COLLECTIONS AGENT Position Features:

Immediate need for bilingual/unilingual collections agent seeking
Pay:
•Bilingual - $48,000-52,000 (per year)
• Unilingual - $45,000-$47,000 (per year)

Shift: Must be available to work between the hours of 9am-9pm with an occasional 1 Saturday a month
Start date: ASAP
Training schedule: 1 week fully in office
Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 WFH
Temp - 3-6 month assignment

Job Description:
• Ongoing stewardship of a dedicated segment of customer accounts.
• Achieving a high-volume of communication and attempted communication over a combination of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Assisting customers with mid-term changes to their accounts.
• Maintaining accurate records of communication and contact information.
