Billing Agent

Review documents received from drivers and carriers relating to deliveries made
- Create invoices in our transportation software (Mercury Gate - AS400) or in the one required by our customers
- Verify that the rates in the system are correct and correspond with agreed upon rate
- Reply to all customer inquiries related to invoices
- Maintain accurate customer records in billing requirement database
- Work closely with Customer Service & Sales Dept for billing issues
- Track missing paperwork required for overdue invoices
- **Qualifications**:
- Proficient in MS Office (mainly Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent knowledge of English and French (verbal & written)
- Enjoys working in a team
- Previous employment at a trucking or freight forwarding company is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Mercury gate or AS400 an asset
