In this Contract to permanent position, you will manage and oversee billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements. • Process and upload invoices, supporting files, and billing documents into vendor portals in accordance with established contracts.
• Monitor vendor portal statuses to ensure timely approval and payment of invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues such as discrepancies, rejections, and short payments.
• Reconcile data between internal systems and vendor portals to ensure accurate billing.
