About the Role
AgileOne is seeking a Billing Analyst. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing, reconciliation, and vendor support. You will manage multiple client accounts, validate billing data, and provide proactive solutions to minimize errors and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation of VMS reports against ERP billing data.
- Validate markups, ratios, supplier codes, and contract terms using Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Generate reports: line detail, bill vs. paid comparisons, and ad hoc reporting.
- Monitor and respond to billing inquiries via email and Teams, escalating issues when needed.
